About the Company Operating as a major global multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is well known for its growth and innovation and is an iconic Australian brand in the marketplace, offering a range of healthcare products to local and global markets. About The Opportunity Reporting directly into the Senior Quality Manager, key responsibilities include: Undertake specific quality-related tasks for a major project. Create checklists, extract information, and ensure items have been completed and documented as per quality standards. Review procedures and write documents. Provide administrative support to Senior Director and Quality Site Lead. Extract data and work with business systems including eQMS, LIMS, ERP systems, and Document Management Systems. Effectively liaise with key internal stakeholders to identify correct data for business processes.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline. Minimum 2 years experience in QA in pharmaceutical or medical device industries. Sound knowledge of GMP, GxP, regulations, and standards. Sound experience with Quality Management Systems (eQMS), LIMS, ERP systems, and Document Management Systems. Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively liaise at all levels and work in a team environment.
