Our client, a large further education organisation, is currently requiring the skills of a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team and, in short, participate in requirements, user stories, and product design reviews, contributing insights, qualifying acceptance criteria, and fostering a focus on product quality.
You will have experience with any automation tool - Preferably Selenium.
You will also have Load and UI automation experience.

The Information Technology Department consists of four units: Product Engineering, IT Operations, Business Analysis/Quality Assurance, and the Projects and Service Management Office.
The BA/QA Office works with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and frame solution options, develops technical specifications, business processes, and related documentation, and assures the quality of products through robust testing and quality management protocols.
The Quality Assurance Analyst is a key member of the BA/QA team, and is responsible for: Planning, design, implementation, and execution of testing activities throughout the software/product development lifecycle.Function as the test lead for the products or system components to which it is assigned, providing expert advice and guidance to other stakeholders and exercising discretion over matters concerning the test execution practice.Coordinate (in consultation with the Head of BA/QA) the development of a testing strategy for assigned products/projects.Develop and implement test plans consistent with the relevant testing strategy and aligned with the standards established for the QA practice.Lead/coordinate all test execution phases, ensuring traceability records, defect registers, and test reports are established and maintained, and stakeholders are kept informed.Support the development of automation test scripts, with particular emphasis on UI automation and load (performance) testing.Contribute to requirement, user story, and design reviews and participate in planning activities as required.Desirable Experience: Experience with any automation tool - preferably Selenium.
