As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team.
ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER
The Quality Assurance Advisor handles QA document control requirements and ensures compliance with the Project Quality Plan, nominated specifications, and field quality control processes and procedures.
This is a site-based / DIDO role for our Western Downs BESS project [near Chinchilla, QLD] Your duties and responsibilities will include: Provide advice and support to the site project team on Quality Assurance matters, processes, and procedures while maintaining strong working relationships with all key stakeholders. Supply document control and QA services for the specific contract to ensure technical documents are effectively managed and monthly milestone payments can be obtained. Close out corrective actions from the client, sub-contractor, or internal non-compliance/observation reports ensuring remedial actions are adequate and Objective Quality Evidence is provided. Review assigned technical documentation to ensure correct specifications and drawings are included/referred to in Work Packs and Requisitions. Coordinate and support Inspection and Test Plans as required by the site team. Ensure measurement capability is appropriate for the activities and that calibrated measuring devices are available while maintaining the Tool calibration register. Your skills and experience: Appropriate trade and technical qualifications. Previous experience in construction or equivalent heavy industry. Strong experience in quality assurance or quality control. Knowledge of standards like AS9001. Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
