About Us Roads2000 is a well-established civil construction company in Western Australia, specialising in asphalt production, placement and project management. Roads2000 operates from a centrally located office in Osborne Park with a modern asphalt production batch plants in Wangara & Neerabup. We provide a professional service to government, commercial and residential clients.
About the Role Roads 2000 are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team, reporting to the General Manager of Governance, Risk & Compliance and Rates on offer vary DOE. 
Skills The Quality Assurance Advisor has the responsibility to assist in development, planning and communication of work plans and construction methodologies with and to client representatives to ensure the timely execution of Quality adherence. Duties include: 
Coordinate and communicate crew activities with client representatives around other works happening on siteEnsure adherence to Roads 2000 and client quality management plansMaintain project quality document registersManage conformance to project ITPs (hold points, witness points & NCR's)Develop ITPs specific to project specificationsDocket management as well as conducting quality testsPaving levels control in conjunction with survey and paving teamsAccompany client representatives on QA checksAssist paving crews in any other required capacity to aid in successful delivery of workOther QA requirements as neededHigh level of written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to ensure clear and concise reports and correspondence are preparedExperience Minimum 2 years Quality experience in Asphalt industryPreference given to background in Civil/Quality engineeringFocused on customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety requirementsCapable of working towards deadlinesQualifications Must hold a current Blue/White Card (valid in WA)Drivers licence and reliable transportRelevant Degree or Diploma (desired but not necessary)What we Offer Company EAP programAnnual Company New Financial Year CelebrationAnnual Company Christmas CelebrationOngoing Training & DevelopmentCulture and Benefits : Supportive Team environment with ongoing Training and upskillingAttractive Remuneration package An opportunity to work with an organisation focused on career developmentThank you for taking the time to review your suitability for this position.
