You will be on-site in the office each day ensuring quality improvement activities are directed toward continuous quality improvement.
Your duties will include:
Maintain effective and compliant Quality Management systems in accordance with all applicable local regulatory / International standards.Champion the quality assurance processes and strategy, driving quality improvement across the business.Coordinate activities required for customer and product compliance including; internal auditing, preventative & corrective action systems, ensuring completion and maintenance of Quality records and documentation.Maintain quality specifications and statistics and set inspection and testing standards.Investigate, develop and implement action plans to reduce non-conformance frequency and impact.Maintain key quality metrics and prepare monthly reports.Assist the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you You have a positive attitude, enjoy learning and problem solving and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Other key criteria that will support your success in this role:
Technically savvy, process driven.Sound communication skills.Qualification, or equivalent experience, in a science related field essential e.g.
pharmacology, nutrition and dietetics or lifesciences.Exposure to a quality management system.Must be motivated and organised with great attention to detail.Exposure to working in a science related field.
