The Opportunity: Reporting through to the Quality Manager, this role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Systems under the requirements of the TGA License and other regulatory requirements.
What you will do: Providing direct support to the Quality ManagerManaging document and records control in DoseAid's eQMSManaging training documentation and records through DoseAid's eQMSManaging supplier process and documentationPreparing and supporting external auditsGenerating non-conformance reports and supporting their resolutionParticipating in customer complaints resolutionParticipating in CAPA resolutionScheduling and supporting the implementation of the internal audit programmePreparing and delivering training modules based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Performing and reporting on environmental monitoringContributing to other activities as required to ensure the company achieves its objectivesWhat we are looking for: 2+ years in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical, device or biotechnology industriesKnowledge and understanding of validation requirements is an advantageA working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is requiredUnderstanding and knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements (TGA) would be advantageousUnderstanding the importance of compliance within a regulated environment and can effectively use your well-developed communication skills and interpersonal abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in working in small dynamic teamsAbility to deliver on tasksWhy Us: This is a unique opportunity to work in a company where you are valued, given the recognition you deserve and suitably rewarded for your hard work.
