Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will assist in managing and overseeing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of projects.About Us:We design, engineer, manufacture, project manage, and install the highest quality products and solutions for our clients throughout Australia and abroad. Our unparalleled dedication, experience, innovation, and expertise ensure we deliver the highest quality projects on time and to the highest standards.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Quality Engineer Assistant within the construction or manufacturing industries.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and quality management principles.Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Responsibilities:Assist the Quality Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities as required.Maintain quality control systems to ensure all site activities meet the required standards and specifications.Conduct regular inspections of all sites to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality records, reports, and documentation to track project progress and compliance.Work closely with the Quality Manager and other relevant team members to promote quality best practices and address any quality concerns.Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, procedures, and tools.Lead initiatives to continuously improve quality processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall project delivery.Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Join our team and help us uphold the highest quality standards across all our sites and projects.
