About the Role:
As a Quality and Training Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring excellence in care delivery across our residential facilities.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead quality assurance efforts and coordinate training programs to support staff development.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing quality audits and compliance with organizational policies Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes Supporting and delivering staff training, ensuring adherence to mandatory training requirements Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, ensuring best practice care standards

About You:
We're looking for someone passionate about driving quality and training in aged care.
You bring:
Proven experience in quality management or clinical leadership A Registered Nurse with a Valid AHPRA registration and experience in quality management or aged care is preferable Strategic and clinical planning skills, with an understanding of organizational behaviour Expertise in change management and cultural change processes, with strong critical thinking Ability to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives for better compliance and client satisfaction Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills for sustainable outcomes Collaborative within multidisciplinary teams Adaptable to changing demands and priorities

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
