Are you passionate about driving quality, managing risks, and making a meaningful impact in your community?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Risk Officer to join our client's team.
The Quality and Risk Officer will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and risk frameworks across the organisation.
You will collaborate with teams, oversee compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our service delivery and community impact.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality management systems aligned with industry standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic risks through a robust risk management framework.
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Review and update policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices.
Lead incident management processes and support root cause investigations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure staff are trained in quality and risk practices.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and funding bodies.
What We're Looking For A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Risk Management, Business, or similar).
Minimum of 3 years in quality and/or risk management, ideally within a not-for-profit or community services environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and risk frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and drive informed decision-making.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and conducting training sessions.
