We currently have a permanent Part-Time opportunity for a highly motivated and committed Quality & Risk Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.About you (essential criteria):Current Working with Children Check and Police CheckClinical registration with AHPRAKnowledge of Risk Management principles, relevant legislation, Australian Standards and certification processesExperience in applying customer-focused safety, controls assurance, quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologyDemonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and applicationsKnowledge of ACHS and/or ISO 9001:2016 accreditation processStrong people management and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with an ability to work autonomously and deliver objectives within deadlinesComputer literate, with competency in using Microsoft Office softwareStrong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Immunisation evidence (including full COVID vaccination) and serology reportPost graduate qualification in Risk & Quality, Health Management or willingness to obtainAdvanced Clinical Skills with a broad knowledge baseExperience in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and implementation of organization risk management programs and strategiesCert IV in training & Assessment or willingness to obtainFlexible working arrangements can be supported including variable time work patterns.
