The Quality and Process Manager (Process, Quality and Environment), delivers effective service and support to the Manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with Etex's policy and procedures. You will be primarily focused on enhancing product and process performance.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards and audits conductingParticipate in the investigation of customer complaints regarding the quality of plasterboards and compoundsLead a team of 3 (2 x Technical Officers and 1 x Laboratory Technician)Assist with new product development and lead new product introductionsLead projects and provide support for troubleshooting and developmentDrive cost saving initiatives via a cost performance tracker About You Bachelor degree in Process or Chemical Engineering5 years' experience in manufacturing Solid experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management, implementations and continuous improvement Ability to manage and implement multiple projects and prioritiesStrong coaching and interpersonal skills Good communication skill with a diverse workforceExcellent project management experience in the areas of process equipment commissioning, product introduction and product developmentProficient in various MS applicationSound like you?
