To ensure our success, we have created a new position to be a key player in coordinating and implementing these management systems and will offer the right person the chance to shape the role to meet both organisational and personal needs.
Our new Coordinator will work within a small team, providing ample learning opportunities and flexibility. What you would be doing With support from your Manager, you will work with external consultants and action tasks which will help Primary Health Tasmania achieve and maintain accreditation. Here are some main areas you will focus on: Develop policies and procedures and train staff around these documents Assist in gathering organisational evidence to meet the standards Assist in developing and actioning an internal audit plan Attend and drive working group meetings to ensure the success of the accreditation across the organisation Here's what you'll look like Knowledge and experience in accreditation against ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Ability to link with, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders – both in writing and verbally Experience with implementing new systems and processes across different levels of an organisation You might have a background in Quality with a Not-For-Profit, and be familiar with business processes You'll be a culture champion – understanding that every day, you play an important part of what makes Primary Health Tasmania a great place to work.
