We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
Position Information: We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Quality and Education Officer to join our friendly team at RFBI Glen Innes Masonic Village. Within this dynamic role the Quality and Education Officer is responsible for coordinating the education for all staff within the village and all aspects of the quality role in accordance with RFBI policies and procedures. 
Key responsibilities: Maintain the continuous quality improvement processes to ensure the quality cycle is metCoordinate and allocate the audit tools to all staff to ensure that all aspects of aged care standards are regularly audited and monitored.Manage, maintain quality management systemOnboards new staff and coordinates compulsory competencies and educationMonitor compliance and records all education on training database Education and Experience: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseExtensive clinical experience within an aged care/health care settingKnowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation StandardsKnowledge of Quality Management SystemsHigh level communication skillsCertificate IV in Training and Workplace AssessmentWhat's on offer: Work for one of the best providers in the aged care sectorAttractive hourly rates, conditions and salary sacrifice optionsA friendly and supportive manager, culture & team17.5% Annual Leave loadingOpportunities for develop and advance your careerYou must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check (AFP Code 22) and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment to be considered for this position.
