The Quality and Contracts Manager will play an active role within the organisation by maintaining operational standards, training materials and documents that are in line with contractual requirements as well as provide leadership to their team.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits in line with program schedules to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.Manage and maintain operational documents/standards, procedures, and resources aligned with contractual requirements.Oversee contract management, ensuring adherence to deeds, guidelines, and policies across all Employment Services programs.Develop, maintain and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures across all Employment Services programs.Prepare detailed performance reports and monitor program targets in line with budgets.Develop and evaluate quality and compliance action plans, ensuring alignment with legislative and organisational requirements.Maintain ISO standards (9001, 45001, 27001), driving training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and support the Employment Services team in developing training materials and achieving program goals.Oversee the development and maintenance of quality control and version control of documents relating to the Employment Services programs.Oversee the maintenance, review and development of new courseware and material.About You You are an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, and leadership. With proven expertise in employment services, you have the ability to manage contracts, develop operational resources, and drive continuous improvement.
Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, resource development, and compliance in employment services programs.Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 45001); experience with ISO 27001 is an advantage.Proven comprehensive and effective assessment skills.Proven ability to meet performance targets and manage competing priorities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in PC-based software and document management systems.Relevant industry qualifications in adult training, quality systems, or management.About Us Training Alliance Group (TAG) is a proud West Australian success story, offering employment and education solutions that make a real difference.
