Temporary full-time funded project role
Based at the Port Fairy Community Services Centre
Monthly RDO
The successful applicant will undertake a project to prepare the Community Care department to function as a sustainable business enterprise within the aged and disability services sector, aligning with regulatory reforms emphasising governance and person centred care. Enhancing transparency will require the implementation of improved systems and management practices.
To be successful in this role you will need
Qualifications
Essential
Tertiary qualification and / or extensive experience in community services, health field or equivalent.
Current Driver's Licence
Current Employee Working With Children's Check
Experience
Essential
Knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, NDIS and the Program for Young People.
Desirable
Local Government Knowledge
Key selection criteria 1
Experience with Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance Frameworks
Key selection criteria 2
Knowledge of funding guidelines and administration, ability to write accurate reports and correspondence.
Key selection criteria 3
Able to consult with stakeholders for positive outcomes, effective teamwork, and shared responsibilities.
