This newly created role was established to safeguard the integrity of Living My Way's services, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement, participant and employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.This is achieved by undertaking a range of quality, safety, risk management, compliance, and administrative activities to support adherence with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Quality requirements and other relevant legislation, industry codes and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.You will undertake internal audits against NDIS Practice Standards, support the team to implement policy, procedure, and system changes to support quality, and demonstrate your strong administrative background to support services such as document management, report preparation, scheduling, communication support, data entry, and compliance assistance.The role involves demonstrating and communicating Living My Way's values to foster inclusion, choice, and control in all aspects of our services.From day one, you'll be encouraged to be yourself and supported to perform at your best!
