Care Group Community Services purpose is to enhance our communities and alleviate hardship through the provision of support services, accommodation, and emergency care to those in need.
Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions, accommodation and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We work in partnership with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other internal departments to provide personalised support and accommodation.
Our ObjectiveAt Care Group Community Services, we strive to provide quality staffing who can deliver a range of support services to vulnerable individuals displaying challenging behaviours and high complex needs within the NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT region.
Position purposeThe Quality & Compliance Manager oversees quality assurance and compliance functions and processes for the organization.
As part of this, the Quality & Compliance Manager undertakes responsibility for tasks related to quality management system and processes, document control, internal and external audits, and accreditation/contractual requirements, to support the on-going sustainability and viability of the organization.
