Quality And Compliance Manager

Work options: Work From AnywhereGiven the nature of this role, the base location can be either Melbourne or Sydney (including Newcastle and Wollongong).
There is the requirement for travel as part of the role.
In this role, you will be responsible for the continual maintenance, governance, and improvement of the business Management System and certifications.
You will be working across all departments facilitating training and awareness to ensure a consistent and value add approach that will impact the overall performance of the business.
This role will lead the ethical sourcing program, quality incident and product investigations, as well as facilitating continuous improvement programs for Bullivants.
Some of the key tasks:

Manage the documentation across Policy, Framework, and Quality Management System (incl.
process mapping and training)
Ensure ongoing compliance to all ISO and NATA accreditations (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NATA 17020 & 17025)
Continually improve the Internal Audit program and drive outcomes to deliver on quality measures and performance outcomes
Plan and execute all relevant external audit engagements
Support with various continuous improvement and reporting requirements for Quality, Compliance, Safety and Sustainability departments

Some of the key skills:

5+ years' experience within quality and compliance
Demonstrated knowledge and oversight of Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards & certifications
Strong process mapping and documentation skills
Experience in QMS management in fast pace, complex organisation
High level of detail, ability to read, interpret audit results and standards
Excellent written and oral communication (internal and external customers), includes report writing
High level of proficiency in MS office tools, reporting & analysis (BI tools)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, and analyse and interpret data
Passion for quality, compliance and sustainability (ESG)

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
Given the nature of the role, you can be based at a Bullivants location in either Melbourne or Sydney (including Newcastle and Wollongong).
