Seedlings & Co is seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager who will work alongside the Area Manager to uphold and support compliance and quality assurance across the company. 
This newly created role will have a variety of opportunities to build new skills and consolidate existing knowledge within the Early Childhood Sector. 
Ideal Candidate Requirements: Expert Knowledge: Detailed understanding of regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and the National Quality Standard (NQS). Proven Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing competing deadlines with a willingness to learn and adapt. Growth Mindset: Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Collaborative Spirit: Strong fit with a collaborative work culture, working closely with our dedicated management team. Stable Work History: Consistent and reliable work history that reflects a commitment to professional growth and development.
