As a provider of aged care services delivered in the home, InHome Care SA is expanding our Quality and Compliance team to include a full time Quality and Compliance Coordinator.
This is a dynamic role, where you can utilise your knowledge and experience to build capacity and capability across our organisation to meet the requirements of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards as well as meet any other compliance requirements for delivering quality care and services to our clientele.
This role requires a professional who is passionate about aged care, quality service delivery and continuous improvement and will require an enthusiastic, motivated and progressive approach to change management.
We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who can bring innovative and exciting solutions to the table.
The successful candidate will:Have a comprehensive knowledge of documentary evidence requirements against the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.Be able to interpret and use data from Quality Management and Case Management Systems to measure performance and assess areas requiring improvement.Be able to write policies and processes and develop supporting documentation.Have experience in developing and delivering staff training.Be experienced in conducting internal audits and respond to requests from external auditing bodies.Our ideal candidate will have:Exceptional attention to detailStrong communication skills with a focus on actively listening to staff and clientsThe ability to work unsupervisedSuperior organisational skills and be a great multi-taskerA positive approach to delegated tasksTo be considered for this position you must have extensive experience in quality and compliance principles with knowledge of the aged care sector being a distinct advantage.
