About the role:We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, permanent Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at the brand-new Oxley Aged Care Home, opening in March 2025.
Reporting to the Chief of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with aged care quality standards.Driving continuous improvement in clinical care and service delivery.Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies to align with compliance requirements.Identifying risks and working with teams to implement mitigation strategies.Supporting accreditation and quality processes.About you: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation.Proven ability to identify and implement improvement initiatives.Exceptional mentoring and collaboration skills with a team-focused mindset.Excellent time management and organisational abilities.Proficient in data interpretation and confident with computer systems.Rockpool is inclusive and welcomes diversity.
