Currently, we are constructing Melbourne Metro and WestConnex projects and a number of large scale solar farms across Australia.
The Role The Quality and Completions Manager will support and assist the Project Quality Manager to implement and monitor project quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
Perform and control the full audit cycle including Quality, its overall operations' effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
Review, analyse and evaluate Quality and Environmental documentation, including Sustainability Plan, Waste Management Plan, Record and Document Control Plan, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Provide advice and improvement suggestions to the Management system of Quality.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum.
Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.
Provide specialist quality advice and input to project teams during the project lifecycle.
Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector of Quality rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Highly skilled in problem solving and analysis, and understand how to use statistical process control tools and read engineer drawings.
Leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Quality Management, Engineering.
Advanced Diploma or Lead Auditor Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management, Project Management.
7+ years work experience desirable in Tunnel Quality Projects.
