At Enerven, we're focussed on connecting you with tomorrow About the role Enerven's Quality and Continuous Improvement team work with our Project Delivery teams to ensure that major construction projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards, while continuously improving processes for future projects. As a Quality & Business Improvement Consultant , you will drive the development, implementation and operation of a fully compliant ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and the promotion of a quality focussed, continuous improvement culture within Enerven. You will collaborate with external clients, sub-contractors and material component suppliers to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with QA requirements and contract terms and conditions. Day to day you will: Develop, implement and maintain a fully ISO9001 compliant Quality Management System for all Enerven functions and activities from a project delivery perspective. Develop the QMS methodology and program schedule for Enerven. Plan, manage and control system and procedure auditing schedules and manage Quality System reviews. Develop, implement, and communicate, in conjunction with Project Managers, project specific and integrated project Quality Management Plans and documentation to the project team and customer. Develop and implement a QMS Stakeholder Change Management and Communication Plan. Chair Quality System implementation meetings and all other Quality meetings, as required, including the management review of the Quality system. Conduct system and project specific audits to evaluate compliance to the relevant requirements, procedures, and standards in line with the auditing schedules. Create and maintain effective data driven performance reports and live dashboards to help influence and support decision making. This role will require travel within South Australia, as well as interstate. Travel frequency will depend on project location and status but could be anywhere from 1-2 weeks per month. About you You will bring exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive a customer-focused culture. You will be an expert in negotiation and influencing to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for our clients, internal stakeholders and site-based project teams, whilst continually ensuring compliance to all QA standards and requirements. Specific qualifications and experience required include: A Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) OR relevant skills and knowledge gained through experience (Electrical Trade background also highly beneficial) Previous experience implementing and managing an ISO 9001 certified system, preferably in the unregulated and competitive construction and maintenance business Auditor qualifications and/or experience in ensuring compliance with build requirements Relevant QMS, project delivery/completions documentation experience and advanced data analysis skills Understanding and experience with process improvement frameworks, tools and techniques About us At Enerven, we want our work to make a difference.
