Part-time - 0.6 FTE Are you an experienced professional in business development, quality assurance, and bid coordination? If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a knack for improving processes and delivering impactful outcomes, we want you to join our team as a Quality and Bid Coordinator, Business Development. In this role, you will be central to coordinating business development (BD) quality systems and processes. Your excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills will also be essential as you work closely with Senior Business Development Managers on time-constrained strategic bids and proposals.

To be successful you will need: Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in time-critical tasksStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skillsExperience in customer service and an ability to build trusted business relationshipsDemonstrated experience in successful bid/proposal writing initiativesAbility to understand and analyse complex concepts/systems and identify weaknesses/inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementDemonstrated experience in continuous improvement systems that will deliver improved business processesQualifications: Completion of a degree with relevant work experience, and/orExtensive experience and specialist expertise in bid-writing and/orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Enjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
