Affinity allows our people to shine – so we can deliver the best in early education.The roleReporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will support with assessment and reporting on the quality, compliance, process and business management of your centres whilst providing guidance and coaching in addressing areas of improvement.Travel is an absolute must!Key responsibilities:Conduct scheduled quality assessments of company practices and processesProvide recommendations for ongoing improvement based on the results of the quality assessment that also comply with the NQS and best practice industry standardsUtilise internal reporting tools and systems to support the assessment processAdvise on the training and development needs and plans for centre managers and education teamsEncourage focus on continuous improvement by effectively coaching and mentoring managersFollow documented processes and contribute to process review and improvementQualifications and experience:Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)Current Working with Children CheckCurrent Driver's LicenceExperience as a Centre ManagerExperience in the delivery of training and assessment of staff & processesSound knowledge of ACECQArequirementsSound keyboard and computer literacy skillsSound knowledge of legislation relating to the early childhood profession.Knowledge of current trends/issues relevant to early childhood profession.BenefitsAttractive salary package50% discount on childcare gap feesAccess to Fitness and Lifestyle Group membershipsAn exciting and dynamic work environmentA professional culture and supportive work environmentAccess to world class professional development coaching and mentoring programsPerformance based recognition programCareer advancement opportunitiesThis is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week (Monday - Friday) based in-Immediate Start!Achieve beyond your expectations as you are supported to learn new things, grow personally and professionally, and develop new, valuable skills.
