Job Description The Project ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2, Sydney's third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.
Project scope includes:
Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each directionCivil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnelsSurface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah FreewayThe Opportunity In line with the above, ACCIONA are now looking for a Quality Administrator to join the Western Harbour Tunnel Project. As part of the quality team, you will provide vital administration support to the Quality Engineering Department
Key accountabilities for the position: Support the day-to-day administrative activities for the Quality EngineersMaintenance of appropriate filing systems for key documentsOrganise and attend meetings, including the development of agendas, minute taking and follow up actions.General administrative activities for the Quality teamDevelopment of PowerPoint presentations and other communication materialsData entry and system managementRequired Skills and Competencies Capability & Experience you will need to have: Qualification in Business Administration or equivalentPrior experience in a similar positionWell-developed MS Office skills, especially ExcelKnowledge of quality management software/tools would be advantageousStrong analytical skills and attention to detailClear communication skills; adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
