Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project!Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to support the Site Quality Manager, collation and organisation of quality records, document control and maintenance of quality databases. This is a full-time position on a 20:8 roster based in Karratha.Your focus will include:Responsible for day-to-day office quality function administration duties related to achieving completion outcomes for the project.Establish and maintain spreadsheets & records for the purpose of controlling and managing quality activities.Maintenance of the various quality systems and databases to support construction quality coordination.Record keeping, quality documents data gathering & distributing, report writing, scanning & filing of quality documents. Developing and maintaining quality records library (electronic and hard copy).Collating and arranging information for project quality weekly and monthly reports.Data entry, upkeep and maintenance of project documentation as required to support project completion documentation.What you will bring to the team:Skilled in information technology and information management tools for example: SharePoint and MS applications.Demonstrates knowledge of Management Systems as they apply to the business.Experience with quality assurance/control principles and document control practices.Minimum of 1 year experience within Quality Administration.Experience in formatting and compiling Project Delivery Book (PDB/MDR).Possesses an overview of the broader picture to seek solutions.Ability to communicate and influence others in a disciplined and constructive manner.Understands projects and corporate priorities.Ability to collect data and provide appropriate disposition in a timely manner.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
