We have a highly engaged, diverse and collaborative workforce that is unified by our goal to help people live healthy and fulfilled lives.About Austin Health PathologyAustin Health Pathology is a department of Austin Health and provides routine and complex diagnostic services to not only Austin Health and the co-located Mercy Hospital for Women, but also to numerous GPs and Specialists in the metropolitan and regional community.AHP currently comprises 5 laboratories; the main laboratory is located at the Heidelberg campus and 4 regional laboratories at Echuca, Swan Hill, Mildura, and Shepparton, multiple Point of Care sites and accredited collection centres across metropolitan and regional Victoria.About the roleThe Quality Administrative Officer provides support and management for the ongoing maintenance of the Pathology Quality Management System (QMS) database (Q-Pulse), associated quality equipment, and training in these systems.A regular day will see you:Manage requests from users in relation to the QMS.Provide advice, training, and troubleshooting on the QMS.General management of the database, including managing documents, training, and compiling KPI's / usage data.Perform quality equipment checks and management across the network.About youAs the Quality Administrative Officer, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
