Convenient city-fringe location with free onsite parking  Employee well-being program with great discounts Salary packaging to maximise your take-home pay Permanent Full Time Position   About the role   The Quality Administration Officer's role is to support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of document control processes, quality audits and government reporting to support organisational compliance and achieve optimal resident and client outcomes.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to; Implementing organisational document control processes - including a strong focus on document formatting Assisting with coordination and monitoring of the internal quality audit schedule Collating data for mandatory reporting and maintaining records of organisational compliance with the Aged Care Standards Performing data entry, data extraction and basic data analysis to assist the creation of meaning business reporting based on operational requirements and requests  Providing administrative assistance to the Services Leadership team, including preparation of communications and reports and tasks associated with project management   For further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to our website or the attached job description.
About you   The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated minimum experience of 2 years in a related role   Current Drivers Licence Exceptional attention to detail Proficient computer skills, particularly in relation to document formatting (experience with the Google Suite is highly desirable) Strong organisational and time management skills Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlines A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role Applicants with previous experience in quality compliance and/or project administration will be highly regarded    About us   Southern Cross Care is one of Australia's leading charitable aged care and retirement living service providers.
