Qualitative Account Director - Brand, Culture + Insights.

Details of the offer

This award-winning and fast-growing Research and Insights agency generates big ideas, starts conversations, and solves problems (for now and the future).

Operating across Australia and NZ, they help local and global clients, from leading fashion brands and retail giants to tech-led service providers, start-ups, and charities, simplify the complexity of human behaviour and understand, on an emotional level, how brands fit into people's lives.

They do this by purposefully combining rigorous qualitative research with tailored consulting, cultural insights, trends, forecasting, behavioural science, design thinking, anthropology, psychology, design thinking, and advanced quantitative analytics. Brand and Communications, BSCI, Culture and Customer Experience are their four pillars.

The Role – Qualitative Account Director

As the business grows, it's looking for qualitative researchers who want to be intellectually stimulated, stretched, and inspired to join it.

This is an opportunity to elevate your qual capabilities.

Reporting to the MD, you'll work alongside an amazing team to lead qualitative projects from proposal to delivery.

You'll love the constant stream of diverse customised projects – brand strategy, behaviour change, innovation, communications testing, concept delivery, new product development and segmentation and client mix.

Key responsibilities:

Writing winning proposals
Building trusted client partnerships – deeply understanding their business
Tackling complex ad-hoc and tracking projects
Facilitating qualitative groups, in-depths, online communities, workshops, co-creation sessions, ethnography, observations and more.
Generating insights, recommendations, and solutions
Mentoring, leading and elevating juniors
Delivering reports, presentations, and workshops to clients that spark change, drive success, and give that "ah-ha" moment.
Contributing to thought leadership and future direction
Identifying new business opportunities
The Melbourne office has a start-up feel with excitement, agility and big growth plans. It is supported by the backing, reputation and momentum of an award-winning established international name.

It's a people-first culture. Egos are left at the door. The team is fun, smart, and led by amazing, transparent leaders.

Promotions are based on merit – not years. People are encouraged to bring their ideas to the table and are supported by flexible working hours, amazing benefits, strong remuneration packages, and progressive policies.

We're looking to speak with Qualitative Researchers and Strategists who have upwards of 5+ years of agency experience and want to answer interesting questions and be a part of a growing agency in its foundational years.

If you're interested, please contact Emily Moser at Resources Group at ****** or call me at 0449 172 882.
