We are looking for Qualified Service Technicians to join our service team. The position is mobile so the successful candidate will be based out of one of our branches and will sometimes have field work.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service, technical diagnostics and support to our Case IH, Case CE and New Holland customers. It is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail skills.
About the Role
Mechanical assessment, diagnosis and repair of Case IH, Case CE and New Holland Machinery and Equipment Providing exceptional support and service to our customers Completing repairs and services to new and used equipment Pre-delivering new equipment for delivery to customers Undertaking service warranty repairs Maintaining up to date and accurate daily records on repairs About You
You have experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. You can troubleshoot and demonstrate diagnosing skills. You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and enjoy continually building your knowledge base around the agricultural industry.
You enjoy working autonomously whilst being part of a bigger team and have the ability to work well under pressure and keep your cool in busy seasonal periods.
Qualifications and Experience
Trade Heavy Diesel Technician Previous experience working on Case IH/Case CE/New Holland is highly advantageous Forklift License AC License Drivers' License $40 per hour. A higher hourly rate is paid for those with more demonstrated experience.
