Due to the growth and success of the business, they are seeking a Qualified Landscaper to join their crew managing a small team of 3 and working on high-end projects.
About the role Our client is seeking a qualified Landscaper who has the ability to lead a small team on job sites and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set timeframe. This is a site-based, hands-on role for someone who is expected to complete onsite work alongside their team!
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high quality.Delivery of onsite tasks such as edging, turfing, mulching, planting, irrigation, drainage, paving, concreting, and more (Note, irrigation specialist would be focused primarily on irrigation).Participate in daily toolbox meetings.Organise on-site tasks and material deliveries.Skills & experience You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications.You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously.Leadership experience is essential.Australian Driver's license.White card.Cert III Landscape Construction, OR Cert III Horticulture, OR Cert III Parks and Gardens.Culture This company provides stability and has a great culture with no egos!
