The Parks and Gardens Team work within the Horticulture Department to present our great green spaces for the enjoyment of the community.About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced person to join our team and help keep council's gardens, parks, traffic devices and shop fronts beautiful for our community.This will include:Maintaining and curating a range of gardens using sound horticultural skillsOperation and minor maintenance of horticultural plant and equipmentSmall planting and landscape designsWork cooperatively with team members, stakeholders and contractorsWorking to the highest levels of safety and presentation to improve the amenity for our communitySkills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will be highly motivated, friendly, approachable, flexible and hardworking.
