About the Position Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of the Electrician is to provide the necessary electrical support to our team of installers and servicers. You will be installing the basic power and lighting required to operate our automated gates, shutters, and doors, as well as a small amount of associated service and repairs to existing installations. You will work closely with an enthusiastic apprentice and have a regard for the company's WH&S requirements. A company vehicle, uniforms, and PPE are all provided, as well as an optional tool allowance.
Key Responsibilities Undertake electrical installations and maintenance in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations. Ability to work independently as well as being an integral member of a small team. Ensure all WH&S requirements on customer's sites are followed. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the company's health & safety requirements, environmental regulations, and relevant state and territory laws. Ensure the company-provided vehicle is stocked with an adequate supply of equipment, tools, and products that meets our customers' expectations and maximises your productivity. Qualifications Qualified trades-person – Electrician. Minimum 3 years post-trade experience. Current unrestricted Driver's License. Construction industry White Card.
