Qualified Electrician

Our client is one of South Australia's leading automation, solar, air-conditioning and electrical companies.
We are seeking an experienced Solar Accredited Electrician to expand on their current team.
In this role, you will lead a small team of staff, so strong leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a small team of junior staff on various solar installation projects.
Install, maintain, and repair solar systems in residential and commercial settings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills.
Coordinate and manage project schedules, with most workdays starting around 7 AM.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Solar Accreditation required.
Electrician License Battery Accreditation preferred, but not essential (with willingness to obtain).
Proven leadership experience in managing small teams.
Strong technical knowledge of solar installation and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, with fortnightly updates on work schedules.
