Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre is a Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 175 places a day across ten beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years, our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Educators to join our wonderful team. The successful applicants will have ongoing mentoring from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager, 2IC, and Educational Leader as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Leadership & Business Manager.
The successful applicants for these roles will:Take pride in the presentation of the centrePossess a genuine desire and commitment for working with childrenBe willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for childrenExpress a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophyHold a Certificate III OR Diploma in Children's ServicesDemonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and time management skillsShow an understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), MTOP, and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)Exhibit previous experience working with similar age groups or in flexible play spaces with "family groupings"Have an additional talent, hobby, skill, or passion that they would enjoy sharing with the children.
