Childcare Educators Sparrow Early Learning Butler Part-time & Casual positions We are looking for experienced, imaginative & nurturing Early Childhood Educator superheroes who: have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care are driven by the love of inspiring curious young minds have the imagination to transform a loose part into a fun and valuable learning tool As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day… Through our play-based learning philosophy we are constantly reminded what a wonderous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course, you will still be responsible for all of the compliance-based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.

What you'll need: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in engaging children through imaginative play. Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
