The Royal Yacht Club of Victoria is seeking qualified Chefs/Cooks and Food and Beverage staff to join our team in Williamstown, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to contribute to the success of our renowned seaside club.
What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our members and guestsEnsuring all food service operations are efficient, cost-effective and meet health and safety standardsMaintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environmentProviding exceptional customer service to our members and guestsAssisting with food and beverage service as neededWhat we're looking for Relevant culinary qualifications and experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar hospitality settingAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiativeExcellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding member/guest expectationsFlexible and adaptable to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidaysKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulationsWhat we offer
