Qualified Carpenter - Leading Hand

Koschel Developments are looking for Qualified Carpenters to join our crew as a Leading Hand!
Based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, we are a framing crew specialising in new homes.
About You: Must have minimum 4 years experience as a carpenter Able to complete tasks without supervision Be able to lead your own crew of up to 3 apprentices Own basic hand tools This role would be best suited to someone who has worked for themselves and is tired of the day-to-day running of a business. We are also very open to Qualified Carpenters who have not run a business before!
You will be required to have your own basic hand tools, and we will provide all specialist tools.
Hourly wage will be negotiated based on your knowledge and skill level.
This role is for a full-time subcontractor with the option of being on wages for the right person.
