Qualified Bakers - Night Shift - 2 positionsHours of Work: Rotating 5-day roster, 76-hour fortnight.
Laurent Bakery has always been driven by love and respect for the craft of French artisan baking and exists as a homage to the values of a village bakery. In order to maintain our exceptional product standards, we are looking for fully Qualified Bakers, who have a strong background with hand moulding/mixing. You will be part of the team responsible for the preparation and baking of our traditional European & Artisan style breads.
As a Laurent Baker you will: Possess a love of baking.Have 2+ years' experience as a Qualified Baker.Be willing to learn and excel in your profession.Be familiar with a busy product output.Have some knowledge of HACCP quality systems and be quality focused.Ideally have experience in machine operating.This role is pivotal in providing all our cafés and customers with the bread that has made Laurent Bakery famous, Australian wide.
