Qualified Baker / Pastry Chef

Grandma's at Townsville QLD is looking for a qualified baker or pastry chef. All our products are baked from scratch, and we take pride in using the best quality ingredients sourced onsite and locally.
Responsibilities include: Baking a wide range of high-quality bakery productsOperating multiple machines. Training will be providedMaking different types of artisan breads, doughs, puff pastry, savoury and sweet pies, muffins, banana bread, cookies, cakes, and scones.Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goodsPreparing pastry fillings and desserts listed on the menuCleaning all equipment, utensils, and working areaQualifications: Certificate III in Patisserie or Bakery is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12 months' work experience is preferred.
