Qscan Group is excited to share we have a newly created position available for a Strategy Manager to join our Strategy Office in Clayfield . This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, with hybrid working arrangements on offer. The Support Office is located close to public transportation and street parking available.
About the Role: As the Strategy Manager , you will be responsible for the support of the strategic planning and strategy governance across the Group. This is a pivotal role that will require a high level of engagement and the ability to create and foster relationships with SMEs and other key stakeholders in the Group. Using your problem-solving and creative skills, you will assist in formulating strategic direction, strategic planning cycles, and performance measurement of these strategies ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of the Group.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Leadership team in developing approaches to devise a comprehensive strategic plan that incorporates market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business trends. Lead the development of strategic performance measures via strategic goal setting and measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, and to develop strategic recommendations. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage and analyse competitive dynamics and benchmark performance against key competitors. Support the strategic planning sessions with senior management to align on key business objectives. What We're Looking For: Significant previous experience in business and strategy administration roles, highly advantageous if experienced in a health care business. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas, functions and the ability to interpret complex data; including the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Ability to build relationships and take a consultative approach to achieving cohesive stakeholder management, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to communicate at a high level regarding complex subjects, both in written and verbal skills. Why Choose Qscan?
