Senior Clinical Psychologist (Bariatric) Permanent part-time opportunity to provide high-level, evidence-based and best practice clinical psychology services, in both individual and group formats, to patients with obesity who are being considered for bariatric surgery.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in provision of psychological assessment and interventions for patients with obesity, who are being considered for bariatric surgery, which are evidence-based or best practice, and evaluate the effectiveness of those interventions.
Advise the service on scientifically-sound effectiveness measurement for both complex and routine clinical practice matters.
Work collaboratively with the other members of the team to critically evaluate the model of care.
