Provide comprehensive, highly organised, high level, confidential and client-focused administrative support to the Statewide Fertility Preservation Service.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Contribute to the implementation of consistent, transparent, and robust practices across the SFPS administration team by resolving day-to-day operational issues relating to procedures and staff within the team to ensure high-quality outcomes are provided and develop the team's capacity to meet changing organisational and client needs. Coordinate the scheduling of patients for presentation at the MDT meetings utilising the hospitals Electronic Scheduling Management system (ESM). Coordinate with SFPS services provided at Queensland Children's Hospital (QCH) for patients 0-13 years of age. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop systems to ensure optimal efficiencies within the outpatient services, including revenue opportunities. Monitor, review, and improve systems and processes to ensure efficient functioning of high-quality services and an environment that reflects continuous improvement. Assist in administrative and business aspects of administrative services through the collection and maintenance of statistics, quality improvement initiatives and monitoring/reporting of operational and financial resources relating to the SFPS.
