Our Quality and Safety Unit are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to support the team by assisting relevant practice leaders to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and programs.

About the role:Demonstrate nursing competence in the provision of nursing care to inpatients and outpatients whilst in the department.Provide holistic person-centred care and practice within an interdisciplinary team environment.Demonstrate evidence of increasing autonomy and exercise greater levels of professional judgement in the clinical environment as the employee moves from a beginning to an experienced practitioner.Demonstrate competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia (NMBA) standards and codes, educational preparation, relevant legislation, and context of care.About you:Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current annual practicing certificate is mandatory for this position.Demonstrated understanding of CQHHS Quality and Safety Strategic direction and the ACHS National Standards for accreditation, with application to the health service.Demonstrate knowledge of relevant standards, clinical guidelines and advanced clinical practice related to quality, patient safety and risk.Ability to undertake clinical and non-clinical audits, assist with system review and education and training related to Quality and Safety under the direction of the CQHHS Safety and Quality Unit team.What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $5,842 p.m. is comprised of:
