Psychologist - Senior (Complex Inpatients) The Psychology Department is looking for a Senior Psychologist (Complex Inpatients) to join their team.
The successful candidate will deliver senior psychology services to complex inpatients within the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
As a member of the Pathways Multiprofessional Team, the clinical focus of the role includes holistic formulation, diagnostic clarification (e.g.
mental health, cognitive disability), therapeutic intervention, team consultation, capability building, and behavioural support formulation and documentation.

About the Role
Delivering high-quality evidence-based psychology clinical services across acute and sub-acute settings, within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
Working with hospital interprofessional teams to expedite safe & appropriate discharge transitions for complex long-stay inpatients.
Contributing to the advancement of quality psychology services and optimal patient care through service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
Providing support and guidance to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
