The Queensland Public Trustee (QPT)'s Customer Property Services division has three main areas – Building Inspections & Compliance, Furniture, Fittings and Effects and Real Estate Services.
The Property Officer - Real Estate Sales (RES) role is located within Real Estate Services of the Customer Property Services program.
QPT manage the sale of over 400 customer properties each year with Public Auction being the preferred method of sale as it provides a competitive bidding process to maximise return and transparency for the market place.
As a Property Officer - RES, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the RES team to achieve excellent results for our customers.
This role involves database management, open house inspections, and assisting with auction activities while maintaining compliance with industry standards and internal policies and procedures.
You will assist in monitoring risk and fraud controls related to customer property sales, continuously develop your working knowledge of relevant legislation and manage multiple sale files concurrently whilst completing tasks within the agreed timeframes.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Brisbane.
Please note, travel around South East Queensland, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast may be required.
