About the role:
In this role you will:

Demonstrate good time management skills demonstrating high proficiency in managing your own time. Liaise with and develop strong, positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including media, government, industry, and community stakeholders. Work with internal client areas to identify and develop proactive mainstream and social media opportunities and provide media advice as needed. Write and edit quality content for:publications and other communication material online and digital content including for social media speeches, media releases, briefing notes, correspondence. Ability to work quickly under pressure, in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude, and a high level of accountability. Ability to work flexible hours which may involve work outside of normal business hours. Other duties as directed and required. This position requires:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. While not mandatory, a degree qualification in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field would be highly regarded. It is highly desirable that the successful applicant has a minimum of 3 years' experience in media relations or communications. Why join us?
