Qld Traffic | Health Practitioner - Senior (Research Officer, Vascular Biofabrication)

Temporary full time opportunity to coordinate, develop, and evaluate preclinical applications of 3D printing, medical devices development, cell culture and biofabrication in a vascular setting between the Herston Biofabrication Institute and the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Efficiently coordinate the administrative and research activities of the study including the design of vascular biofabrication research protocols, articulation of research milestones, conducting literature review, obtaining ethics and governance, and management of the daily project needs, including organising meetings, data collection and analysis, writing manuscripts, and reporting.
Actively participate in professional and interprofessional team meetings relating to research completion, including provision of high-level advice and feedback in relation to research process.
Demonstrate high-level organisational skills, integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information, including independent management of complex and/or non-routine research elements.
Provide direction, advice and leadership with regards to generation of research ideas, completion of research related tasks and dissemination of research findings.
