This is driven by our growing and ageing population, and compounded by pressures on primary, aged and disability care. To help address this, Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) in partnership with Hospital and Health Services (HHS), is leading the biggest hospital expansion program Queensland has ever seen. The program includes building three new hospitals, expanding 11, upgrading rural and regional health facilities and delivering thousands of new hospital beds in the next five years. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reporting and Analysis leader who is driven, focused and passionate about shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure.
As the Director of Reporting and Analysis, you will be responsible for offering advice and support to the Senior Director of Program Performance in relation to reporting requirements ranging from a whole of portfolio perspective, to individual team requirements. You will provide leadership and direction in the development and delivery of departmental reporting and analysis requirements and will lead in the provision of best practice program, project and financial controls based on governed change control frameworks.
You will also foster and encourage a workplace environment that is outcomes focused and instil a culture of continuous improvement / learning through effective communication, training, and flexible workforce management practices.
The successful person To be successful in this role, you will have:
Significant experience in leading a small team focused in reporting, analysis and system requirements within a large and complex organisation. Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, logical, fit for purpose briefs, internal and external communications strategies to deliver outcomes for the Division. Excellent, high-level communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use high level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership and negotiation skills, and deliver effective communications and engagement programs of work.
